Counseling Approach 

I believe that you are the expert of your life. I am here to help you align and monitor you way to inner peace. Each individual has their own unique strengths and needs. With that in mind I tailor approaches based on individual needs and desired goals. Using a humanistic and client-centered approach, multiple therapy approaches to counseling may be combined to guide you on your journey. My primary counseling approaches are rooted in the below.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy - Emphasize on accepting thoughts and feelings rather than fighting them while committing to making changes aligned with individual values. 

Mindfulness-Based Therapy - Integrates mindfulness practices to help individuals to stay in the present and reduce stress and other high emotions.

Dialectic-Behavioral Therapy - Focus on teaching skills to manage emotions, improve relationships, and cope with stress.

Reality Therapy - Focusing on the present to help individuals take responsibility for their actions and make better choices to meet their needs.
